Barbera

Barbera, a light and fruity dark Italian grape, is commonly high in alcohol and high in acid, that retains very well in hot climate
areas. Barbera is used as a blending wine and has a ripe currant flavor with a smokey-like flavor. Barbera has dark berry
flavors, such as blackberry, black currant, raisin and prune. You can also taste a hint of clove, nutmeg, black pepper and
smoke. Barbera is a nice fresh and fruity wine and it is produced in a drier style, compared to our Cabernet Sauvignon and Red
Zinfandel wines.

Cabernet Franc

Cabernet Franc is the parent grape of Cabernet Sauvignon. Cabernet Francs have a lower acidity taste compared to the
Sauvignon grapes. Cabernet Franc is mainly grown in France. The flavor can be both fruitier and sometimes more herbal
compared to the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Cabernet Franc is mostly used as an additive to blend with other grapes, instead
of used a sole varietal bottling. Cabernet Franc has a mixtures of flavors, such as raspberry, cherries, plum and strawberries.
You can taste a hint of smokey oak, herbal bell pepper flavors.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet Sauvignon is the most widely planted dark grape grown to produce wine. When mature, Cabernet Sauvignon
produces high tannic wines and often have a long-lasting blackcurrant fruit flavor, with a hint of bell pepper or weediness.
When grown in California, Cabernet Sauvignon can be distinguished by different mixtures of vanilla oak, mint, eucalyptus and
cassis. Our version is more on the sweeter side, compared to most Cabernet wines. It is a very mellow fruity wine that goes with
just about any type of foods.

Merlot

Merlot is the most widely dark planted grape and tends to produce wines that are less tannic and has a lighter color compared
to the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Merlots tends to be less distinctive with an herbal aroma taste compared to the Cabernet
Sauvignon grapes. Merlot wines are mellow and soft, which makes it easy to drink, especially for beginning wine drinkers.
Merlots are often associated with flavors such as cherries, blackberries, plums, raisins and chocolates. They can also be
described as peppery and have a slight licorice aromatic taste.

Red Zinfandel

Red Zinfandel is a high versatile wine that is mostly planted in California. Although Zinfandel is considered as an "American
Classic" wine, research shows that they actually originated from Italy. Red Zinfandel is a light and fruity wine containing rich and
peppery flavors, mixed with a ripe fruity flavor as well as light oak, vanilla, coconut and sweet wood tastes. Zinfandel is best at
it's youth, usually within three to five years of age. When aged, there is a "hot" taste of higher alcohol levels. As a result, the
taste changes to a musky, mushroom, leather or cedar flavor.

Sangiovese

Sangiovese grapes are one of the top two grown in Italy, dominated in the Tuscan region. Sangiovese wines are high in acids,
and has moderate to high tannins, with medium levels of alcohol. You can taste a hint of earthiness and the wines have a nice
smooth texture, with a long smokey finish, with plenty of dark fruit. It is a well balanced, full bodied wine.

Syrah

Syrah wines have a complex aroma, which can detect spicy, meaty flavored with a hint of black cherry, plum or blueberries. You
may also detect a light tar blend with floral notes, that is rich and fruity with a toasty oak flavor that is excellent for spicy dishes
and offer an ample amount of tannins.

White Moscato

Muscat, or Moscato wines, as it's pronounced in Italian, are each produced with a distinct, intense, aromatic and sweet scent.
Moscato's grapes are harvested when well ripened. Typically it is a dessert wine that has a light and dry taste or produced very
sweet. Our Moscato is more of the light and drier side, without an overpowering sweet taste.
