Solsa was the brainchild of JOE GARCIA, manager of Solsa. Although
there were many Latin bands and many R&B bands in the Sacramento
Valley, there were very few, if any, that performed music from both of
these genres. From that idea, Solsa was formed. Solsa's music consists
of standard and original Latin and R&B tunes, all infused with a signature
Latin percussion and flair. Solsa is also a melting pot for some of the
Sacramento Valley's most talented musicians who, collectively, have
amassed an incredible musical resume performing with and opening up
for legendary acts such as MALO, EL CHICANO, TOWER OF POWER,
CONFUNKSHUN, TIERRA, CARLOS SANTANA, JORGE SANTANA, CHARRO,
and many more

Mobility is an upbeat group of talented musicians bringing you rock
jazz and blues favorites, new and old. As a subdivision of the United
States Air Force Band of the Golden West, Mobility travels the West
Coast bringing civilians and military personnel entertainment and
American pride through music. Mobility consists of Guitar, Bass,
Drums, Keyboard, and Vocals -- a perfect combination to bring
people to their feet with a smile.
Under the musical leadership of Technical Sergeant Preston
Keating, Mobility continues its long tradition of providing as wide-
ranging a musical format as possible to meet the desires of its
listeners. Its tailored, fast-paced variety shows are presented at events ranging from official military
functions, to community relations concerts, fairs and public school concerts throughout the Western United
States. This small ensemble's versatility is unmatched. The group's unique blend of music also includes
patriotic selections for special occasions.

Ralph Woodson certainly knows his Hendrix.
He has studied his idol to the point of being able to play the guitar behind his
back, and with his teeth. Ralph’s a Hendrix authority, and it’s obvious when you
see him perform.
The youngest of nine, he grew up in Richmond, CA, and was initially struck by the
sound of the “Band of Gypsys” record. Ralph has toured with Hedzoli Sounds
(of which Hugh Masekela was a member), as well as The Mighty Diamonds, Lady
Bianca, Faye Carol, and a Bill Kreutzmann (Grateful Dead)/Sy Klopps
(Herbie Herbert) collaboration called the Trichromes.
With the Trichromes and later with the Sy Klopps Blues Band, Ralph played on big
stages opening for Tower of Power, James Brown, ZZ Top, and Lynyrd Skynyrd,
among others. He’s appeared at the College of Marin and on KFOG-FM with
author/Hendrix expert Steve Roby, demonstrating the sound and techniques of
Jimi Hendrix.

tonks, and private parties.
Buck Ford started his singing career in a unique way. He spent ten years riding in the motocross circuit. To
pass the time while on the road, Buck picked up the guitar and started to learn how to play while singing
along. Quickly, people recognized his talent and begged him to sing more for them. Buck decided to give up
professional motocross riding in order to pursue his musical passion.
The Buck Ford Pure Country Band not only plays covers of many other artists, but also performs original
pieces written by Buck Ford himself. He just released his 2010 CD, “For Now” following his 2009 hit CD,
“Guitar and Gasoline”. The band’s inspirations include George Strait, Merle Haggard, George Jones, Keith

Shane Dwight:
Northern California native, now Nashville-based, Shane Dwight is
a young American Roots Music artist for the 21st century – a killer
blues player who can rock the house all night long with the best of
them, and an introspective singer-songwriter whose voice rings
true at alt-country, Americana, R&B, and flat-out Rock N Roll. There
is no pigeonhole for Shane Dwight, and no single corral can hold
this bucking bronco. Shane’s talent is so fierce and his inspiration
so strong that his music draws in equal measure from classic blues
and urban R&B, from alt-country and modern rock without
compromising his integrity or missing a beat.
Shane Dwight cut his teeth on the rough and tumble East Side of San Jose California, where his
natural talents were influenced by the neighborhood’s diverse musical undercurrents. He became
proficient at various styles, and played in jazz and rock bands before finding his groove with the
blues. Shane’s popularity spread quickly, and in 2002 he easily won the Monterey Blues Festival
Battle of the Bands. Since that time Shane has released several self-produced CDs and kept up a
hectic schedule, appearing at countless clubs and festival Main Stages including Florida’s “Springing
the Blues” Festival , Monterey Blues Festival, the Portland Waterfront Blues Festival, the San Diego
Blues Festival, and many more; Shane’s energetic performances and charismatic appeal have made
him a repeat performer on the Legendary Rhythm and Blues Cruises; Shane provided the house band
for the nationally televised “Microsoft Insider Live”, appeared twice as a featured guest on Elwood
Blues’ House of Blues Radio Hour, and received airplay on hundreds of radio stations worldwide.
Recently, Shane moved to Nashville, Tennessee and signed with the prestigious Intrepid Artists

busting artist.
Northern California native, now Nashville-based, Shane Dwight is
a young American Roots Music artist for the 21st century – a killer
blues player who can rock the house all night long with the best of
them, and an introspective singer-songwriter whose voice rings
true at alt-country, Americana, R&B, and flat-out Rock N Roll. There
is no pigeonhole for Shane Dwight, and no single corral can hold
this bucking bronco. Shane’s talent is so fierce and his inspiration
so strong that his music draws in equal measure from classic blues
and urban R&B, from alt-country and modern rock without
compromising his integrity or missing a beat.
Shane Dwight cut his teeth on the rough and tumble East Side of San Jose California, where his
natural talents were influenced by the neighborhood’s diverse musical undercurrents. He became
proficient at various styles, and played in jazz and rock bands before finding his groove with the
blues. Shane’s popularity spread quickly, and in 2002 he easily won the Monterey Blues Festival
Battle of the Bands. Since that time Shane has released several self-produced CDs and kept up a
hectic schedule, appearing at countless clubs and festival Main Stages including Florida’s “Springing
the Blues” Festival , Monterey Blues Festival, the Portland Waterfront Blues Festival, the San Diego
Blues Festival, and many more; Shane’s energetic performances and charismatic appeal have made
him a repeat performer on the Legendary Rhythm and Blues Cruises; Shane provided the house band
for the nationally televised “Microsoft Insider Live”, appeared twice as a featured guest on Elwood
Blues’ House of Blues Radio Hour, and received airplay on hundreds of radio stations worldwide.
Recently, Shane moved to Nashville, Tennessee and signed with the prestigious Intrepid Artists
