Downtown Vacaville Music Scholarships Program!

Vacaville, California – The Downtown Vacaville Business Improvement District is proud to announce this year’s award
recipients for their “Music Scholarship Program”. Monies were collected during this year’s Downtown musical events to go
towards furthering music education in our community. Vacaville Music, as a long standing business Downtown, was the
perfect partner to help make this scholarship program happen and will see that the monies are applied to further the
winners musical education.

This year’s winners will have their rental instruments paid for and/or music books and lessons. The DVBID is happy to
announce this year’s winners are:

·         Samantha Disharoon (plays bass clarinet and alto sax)

·         Claire Johnson (plays keyboards)

·         Kobe Tuck (plays violin)

Congratulations to all three and the DVBID is happy to be part of keeping music alive and well in the Heart of the City!
